DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES.
Please read and agree, so we can send you the check in instructions!!!
1. You are Personally Responsible for this house during your stay and must stay for the agreed duration unless you have made prior arrangements with us. Please send these rules to everyone who is staying at the house.
2. This property is deed restricted community and part of a homeowner’s association. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the neighborhood so that WE DO NOT get red-flagged by the HOA. You can also help to do this by following all the house rules.
3. We have outdoor cameras at the house.
4. Please confirm the Total Number of guests, including all Adults and Children.
5. NO Random Invites without prior permission. If you have More People, staying at the house, than are listed on your reservation you will forfeit your deposit.
6. NO Throwing Parties or events. Again, please respect your neighbors and keep a low profile and park up to 4 cars in driveway.
7. NO Loud Music inside or outside. If we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel your reservation and ask you to leave.
8. NO Hanging Out outside the front door, also do not leave the front door open, some of our properties may have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and us.
9. Save your $250 deposit and don’t smoke inside. NO Smoking inside the house or in front of the house. Doing so will forfeit your deposit. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
10. NO Pets allowed without prior permission and case by case basis with additional cleaning fees of $100.00 and if your pet has a accident then additional $250.00.
11. Upon check out, please Follow All Check-Out Instructions.
12. If anything is Missing or Damaged upon check out, you will forfeit your deposit.
13. A missing garage door remote will cost you $50 to be replaced.
14. NO Late Checkout without prior approval. If you need a late check out, let us know in advance.
15. DO Not Have Anything Shipped to the house without prior permission and we can not be responsible for lost and missing packages.
16. Makeup Wipes/Removers are provided. Please Do Not use towels to remove makeup as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
17. Please Do Not leave makeup stains on pillowcases, bed sheets, and comforters and if we have to replace the bedding , it will be deducted from deposit..
18. Please Do Not use towels or washcloths to clean and wipe down your shoes.

Had a Check in issue bc the top was locked so i had to use the emergency alternate entry. The owner have very slow response. Their were baby roaches in the kitchen, hair all over the floor in the bathroom upstairs and the towels were extremely dirty which i washed again before use. Also didnt like the list of things that's required to be done upon departure, eventhough i complied, that's what i paid a cleaning fee for. Other than that, a very spacious place to accommodate a large party of people., comfortable beds, love the upstairs balcony and nice location.

Upon arriving we were very disturbed and disappointed. The condominium community is extremely run down and not pleasing to the eye. A gentleman was sleeping on a couch sitting on the side of the road outside the condos.The pool looks to be completely unkept and infested. I wouldn't let my animal swim in it. Upon walking inside of the condo and walking around we were very impressed with the cleanliness and nice decor. There were also small bugs throughout. The Master bedroom however has been turned into a room that would be more suitable for the entire family or several children as there is the double beds inside of it. There are 2 twin beds literally in the common area that would also be great for kids. This is not exactly a home that I'd recommend for multiple couples to stay in. Large families will be a great fit for this home. The photos of the outside are totally filtered. Because me and my guest were extremely excited about the misleading pool I would not stay here again. The host was very kind, accommodating and responsive but the misleading completely disappointed me.
