A104 This picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath poolside unit is sure to please the whole family! Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright and the price is just right!
This unit is located on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool. You will feel right at home in this cozy and comfortable unit. The Kitchen is bright and clean with white cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops that flows directly to through to the living room with tile floors tha has slider doors that flow out to the pool/beach. The master is spacious with a King size bed and overlooks the pool. The spare bedroom has two twin size beds, both bedrooms have TV's as well as the living room for your viewing pleasure wherever you choose to relax after a long day in the sun! There are two full baths that allow for privacy for those staying in the master and a spare bathroom in the hall for guests. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

Thank you for another amazing stay this year. Always a pleasure being away from the "craziness" during Biketoberfest with being able to enjoy a peaceful stay off the beaten "Daytona" path. Many thanks and blessings.

Unit A104 is finished out nicely. Comfortable and very light/bright, perfect for a beach stay.The kitchen is well stocked with any dish/pot you might require.All beds slept well. Location on the pool is perfect.

Beautiful rental property, looks exactly like the pictures. The mattress and pillows in the main bedroom were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper too. Best part is the kitchen is overstocked! I'm used to rentals having the bare minimum as far as dishes/cutlery/glassware, this place has more than enough of everything. The pool is about five feet from the condo, the beach maybe 100ft, and there are multiple restaurants and bars within a block or two. Win-San is a great rental, if we come back to New Smyrna I will definitely book here again.

Check in and out process very easy. All questions to property manager answered quickly. The condo was comfortable and made us feel at home. Quick access to pool, beach/ocean, and Flagler Ave. enough room from Flagler Ave to not hear the noise. You can walk to stores and restaurants. We are here during off season. The guests in condo seemed mostly to be regulars. All guests were polite and respectful of others. I have stayed other places on this beach. This is my favorite! I like that the gates are locked which prevents locals from using pool area. There was a helpful binder with maps and area info. Simple check in/ out and use of condo instructions.The only item we had to go out and get was hand soap for the bathrooms. Wonderful place. We will be back!
