This unit is exactly as pictured. It was steps from the beach, very clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The only problem that we had was that the entire complex was under construction. They had recently re-keyed the building, and the code sent to us for check-in did not work. Luckily, some residents let us in the building, and we were able to find our key fob on the countertop within the unit. There was construction noise during the work week, which made it less an ideal, but overall the experience was wonderful.
