A218- If you are looking for a condo sure to please the whole family, you will not want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you will have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright, and the price is exactly right!
We call this unit an "ocean view townhouse". This is a two-story unit boasting ocean views from the interior rooms of your unit. Take a short walk outside or just sit in your recliner and watch the waves crashing in the ocean. This kitchen is welcoming with white cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Your family can enjoy dining at the breakfast bar or the 4-person dining table. The living room has wonderful ocean views from your comfy couch. The sliding glass doors flow directly out to the balcony. The master is spacious with a king size bed overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has bunk beds: one full, one twin and an additional twin bed, both bedrooms have TV's. Two full baths, one upstairs between the bedrooms and the other is conveniently located downstairs off the kitchen. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

PERFECT close to everything and who don't like waking up to the sound of the beach?

Location was great, right on the beach and great view from balcony. Two minute walk to Flaggler Avenue which has restaurants, bars, and shops. NSB very responsive to issues. However, too many issues. Clogged sink drain, cracked TV, stained sheets, front door lock batteries needed to be replaced. Combination on door locked not changed for every rental. Small bedroom didn't have cable box so couldn't watch TV. Place needed a good cleaning and couch and chairs should be leather instead of cloth. It had an odor. I would stay at WinSan again just not in A218.
