The view on the mountains from the balcony is breathtaking. We loved our stay in this apartment. We had no difficulties finding the place or other things like that and the communication with the host was great. She was very welcoming. It is a 15-20min walk from the center town with slight hills. Since we had no car, we had to transport our grocery bags and luggage and after long hiking days that was a bit tiring, but other than that it was wonderful.

Fabia was very friendly and extremely responsive. The flat looks exactly as it appears in the photos. The balcony has an incredible and full view of the mountains. We home cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The temperature of the flat was well controlled and we stayed cosy all night. There is a lounge & dining table to socialise inside the flat. Please keep in mind that the flat is up 2 flights of stairs. This flat is an absolute gem, thank you so much to Fabia. We have been recommending friends and family to visit Cortina & stay here.

A simple but comfortable apartment for a group in Cortina, a convenient starting point for trips to the mountains. The apartment has all the necessary equipment for an extended stay. Fabia is a very friendly and welcoming host, meeting the needs of guests.

The apartment on top fllor of Villa Dolomitica is perfect for two with lots of space for luggage and stuff. Fine bed in bedroom, nice living room, a small but fine kitchen with most of what you might need. All linens, utensils and service ok and CLEAN. That goes for the apartment as a whole! A 10 minutes walk and you are in the center of Cortina.
A perfect spot for exploring the beatifull mountains around Cortina.
We definitely want to come back, next time in winter. Thank you Fabia and Fabio - and thank you for the Prosecco in the fridge.
