About this house rental

Nestled just north of Aviemore, yet only minutes from the village centre and all local amenities, Tigh na Lochan is a contemporary and comfortably furnished three-bedroom detached bungalow, ideal for families, couples, or small groups exploring the Highlands.

Set within its own private garden, the property offers a calm and spacious base after a day in the Cairngorms National Park. Accommodation includes two double bedrooms; one with a master ensuite shower room, and a further triple bedroom, making it well suited to both families and mixed groups. A generous lounge and separate dining room provide plenty of space to relax and socialise.

The house is well equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay, with linen, towels, heating, electricity, and gas included. Guests also benefit from high-speed broadband and entertainment via Sky TV (Entertainment package), Sky Cinema and Disney+.

Practical comforts include hairdryers, ironing facilities, a high chair, and a travel cot (please note cot bedding is not provided). The property has efficient gas central heating with individual room thermostatic controls for year-round comfort.

For guests travelling by electric vehicle, an on-site EV charging point is available (usage charges apply).

Beautiful clean comfortable home. The house is in a great location and was very accessible for our daughter who has disabilities. Loved the decor and it was immaculate and had everything you could need.

Excellent base for exploring Aviemore and the surrounding area. Lots of activities for our 3 year old grandson and the excellent weather was a bonus. Comfortable and well equipped house.

A great base for a family holiday. Well located property within easy walk of centre of Aviemore and quickly out onto the A9 to travel around the Highlands. The property was well equipped and made for a lovely place to come back to each evening.
