Wonderful sea views with communal pool:
Nice apartment in a building with communal pool (open from June to October) 700 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 2,000 m from the center of Roses, capacity for 2/4 people.
To access the apartment it is necessary to go down two floors on foot, it is distributed in:
* One bedroom with 2 single beds.
* Dinning room with 140 cm Italian sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels) and air conditioning
* American kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...)
* Bathroom with bath and bidet.
* Beautiful south facing terrace with stunning views of the bay of Roses and the sea (180 °)
* Private parking space for each apartment.
Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).
Located 20–30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialities. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. Roses beaches enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

We had a very nice holiday. The beautiful apartment purposefully equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the walk to the beach only takes about 15 minutes. In addition: Excellent handling by the manager. We will come back again.

Wir hatten einen besonders schönen Urlaub, in einer perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom sonnigen Balkon. Die Abwicklung über den Verwalter war sehr angenehm und er war in jeder Hinsicht zuvorkommend. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen.

Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé. Vue magnifique. Parking et piscine appréciables. Très bon accueil du gérant immobilier, très disponible. Plage superbe à 15 mn à pied. Vacances inoubliables.

Zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt war die Agentur nicht besetzt. Nachdem wir ewig nach einem Parkplatz in der Umgebung gesucht hatten sollte der Checkin dann direkt am Apartment stattfinden. Das A. ist mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet, jedoch lieblos bis gar nicht dekoriert. Es gibt keinen Ganzkörperspiegel. Der einzige Spiegel befindet sich im Bad.
Der Kunstrasen um den Pool herum war mit Tierexkrementen übersät sodass wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Antwort des Vermieters: es sei Katzenkot und krin Hundekot u er würde alle 2 Tage weggeräumt. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. Die komplette Woche war alles verkackt. Keine Entschuldigung oder Bemühung des Vermieters den Zustand zu beheben.
