Incredible sea views and community pool:
Nice apartment in a building with communal pool (open all year) 600 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 1.600 m from the center of Roses, capacity for 2/4 people.
To access the apartment it is necessary to climb only 1 floor walking and it is distributed in:
* 1 bedroom with double bed (135 cm).
* Dinning room with Italian sofa bed (140 cm) and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels)
* American kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster ...)
* Bathroom with shower.
* Beautiful south facing terrace with stunning views of the bay of Roses and the sea (180 °)
* Private parking space for one car.
Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).
Located 20-30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialties. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. Roses beaches enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.
Short stays possible depending on the season, possibility to rent on weekends depending on the season.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour à roses ! C’était tellement agréable de se réveiller d’aller sur la terrasse et de commencer sa journée avec une aussi belle vue !

Good, clean apartment with superb uninterrupted views of the sea and across the bay from the terrace - perfect for the two us. Xavi was very helpful giving us plenty of information on the area. No complaints at all - we would certainly return.
