Difficile de se garer même avec un garage, beaucoup de marches

Las vistas, merece toda la valoración solo por las vistas a la playa de Petit Canyelles. Está a menos de diez minutos andando de la playa, y que cuente con plaza de garaje propia es vital, esencial en esa zona de Roses. Cama muy cómoda.

No es un piso reformado, es el típico apartamento de playa. Eso sí, más que suficiente. Dispone de ventilador de techo solo en el salón, no hay nada más. El baño, bien, pero tiene cortina. Imprescindible coche, está alejado de grandes supermercados y zona centro de Roses (45 min andando). No es apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

If anyone has issues with mobility, especially negotiating steps, this property is not suitable, as there are several flights of exterior steps, which lack handrails in places. Plus walk back from the beach is also uphill , so adds to the stress on older limbs! These steps make in very difficult carrying heavy bags from car to property! The limited cooking facilities, of Microwave , gas hob and toaster make cooking a challenge. No kettle. Plenty of pans, but lids/ handles get very hot!!!! Lack of air conditioning, means sleeping with windows open, so expected some late night noise from outside. Also you can hear chairs scrapping on floor from apartment above, unfortunately for us during the first week the occupants of that apartment liked to party and when asked to stop at a reasonable hour( midnight)only continued in an even louder manner! Fortunately they were only there for a few days of our stay and the next lot of guests were fine!
