The apartment was simple and not big, but everything you needed for a family of 4 - and a sea view to die for. Walk to the stony part of the beach in 2 and the sandy part in 4 minutes. Small but reasonably priced supermarket, and bakery, bars, restaurants all in about 5 minutes. The garage is a must, maybe stressful for some given its size and passing traffic ... just take your time. The people at the office were very friendly and helpful.
On one weekend day, the nightly partying on the beach was a little out of hand - you hear that well due to the shape of the bay and the hills. And wifi/WLAN would be great.
