The facilities, especially the ones for children
Sometimes the reception had long queues / Any touristic options or guidance to explore Sintra and its surroundings / The use of spa was reduced to 1 hour day which was not mentioned in any hotel policy when we did the booking

Hotel facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of staff was outstanding
Whilst it was technically Sintra I don’t think we had realised it was as far out as it was. Once we returned for the evening it was a little too far to go out again if you wanted to and are dependent on taxis or public transport

Breakfast and dinner buffet. Good selection and fresh well cooked food
Staff for most part incompetent, slow and poorly trained.
