    The girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Provided lots of information. The breakfast was decent. However, the room is small and outdated. The internet speed is slow. There is no extra wall outlet. I had to unplug multiple lighting fixtures in order to use my laptop and two phone chargers. Bath towels are thin. For the prices that I paid, I expected something better. The nearby hotel rooms are mostly cheaper.

    Hotel is centrally located, convenient to go to most attractions. Room is of good size, has sufficient, even above average facilities. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Yet the hotel ranked among the top few most expensive accommodations around the area. Given the high price and what the hotel offers, even above average, I feel the price-to-value ratio is a bit low.

    Hotel was nice and clean. Our room has a window with city view that can be open slightly to get some fresh air in. Also had a sitting bench below the window which was nice to sit back to read or relax just looking out the window. Walking distance to shops, park, bus stop to Pena Palace and near by landmark. We love the Breakfast buffet. Foods were good quality and fresh. Coffee was great, I had 2 cups of cappuccino each day. We really enjoy our stay. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Sintra. Totally recommend this hotel.

    Attentive and friendly staff, great view of national palace from our room, a playground across the street, a lovely breakfast with many options, 434 bus stops very close by, comfortable bed, crib with small pillow (cute touch). We were able to easily walk to Quinta La Regaleira and take the bus to the National Palace of Pena. This is a convenient location, close to restaurants and bars as well.
