Very quiet house of 140 m2 in its park, in the heart of a small Breton hamlet.
No busy road nearby!
The trails adjacent to the property allow for walks to discover the surrounding nature, to go to one of the beaches.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people.
It consists of a large living room (living room), 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 separate toilets and a large terrace of 100 m2.
Its large park of more than 4000 m2 partially wooded will allow you:
- to enjoy the peace of the countryside by choosing between shade or sun
-detect if you have the eye: Green Woodpecker, Jay, Deer, ...
- to enjoy depending on the season apples, pears, chestnuts, plums, nuts ...
An adjoining meadow allows you to see some animals (when present).
