Upstairs: - a bedroom with a 140 bed and a baby bed, - 3 other bedrooms with two 90 beds each, a shower room with toilet. For babies, the cottage has a booster seat and a bathtub. Outside: - Large wooded and landscaped garden of 3900 m² not enclosed with 2 terraces (south & west) - For your relaxation: garden furniture, 6 deckchairs, barbecue, swing for children and bowling green (not provided) - Garage Erdeven, sea side: in the heart of the Grand site of the Wild Dunes of Gâvres in Quiberon, you will discover the joys of the beach and water sports. Erdeven, countryside side: 3 minutes from the cottage, the park of the Château de Keravéon: beautiful wooded area with paths, ideal for walks and fitness trails for the more athletic. For lovers of the Green, the superb golf course of St Laurent is located 2 km away. The megalithic site of Kerzerho, and its stone giants, is accessible all year round. Enjoy a walk of about 2 hours through the woods to the imposing dolmen of Crucuno. Not far from there, discover Carnac, the Quiberon Peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan. Come and stay in this large, independent holiday home, not overlooked, in Erdeven, a coastal town in southern Brittany, with 2 magnificent beaches bordered by dunes, 80 km of marked hiking trails, menhirs and dolmens!
