About this house rental
Recent house totally on one level, very comfortable, with 3 bedrooms, ideal for 6 people (and up to 10 people max) (2 restaurants nearby on foot)
Great for families over several generations. You can come to 2 families because possible division into a T2 (2/4 people) and a T3 (4/6 people) autonomous (or not according to desires). You each have your living room and total autonomy if desired.
Also ideal for 2 couples and children (A baby kit is available on simple prior request)

- Possibility of sheets and household linen WITH SUPPLEMENT and upon prior reservation: 12 euros per bed.
-Possibility of cleaning option at end of stay (on reservation and payment prior to arrival): 50 euros
- In summer a deposit of 500 euros for stays of one week will be requested and to be returned on site or one week before arrival. To see the owner.

Pleasant with its garden to the SOUTH / WEST, completely closed, in a quiet dead end, house without joint ownership with several terraces around the house.
Special care is given to the flowering of the garden.
Located in the sought after area of Vieux Passage in PLOUHINEC 56, you are very close to the old port and its small family beach, and the coastal path (300m)
The cottage has 2 private parking spaces and a PRM space in the private courtyard.
It is also possible to park a motorbike in the back garden or to park a small boat (there were even 2 once, they were 4.5 and 5.3m)
Gîte including:
* Open, fitted and equipped kitchen area (+ an extra kitchenette, lowered for disabled people) with:
* oven (1),
* induction cooker (2) + electric,
* microwave (2) including one with grill
* fridge (x2) including 1 combined fridge and freezer, + 1 table top fridge with freezer compartment,
* dishwasher
* small appliance (coffee maker, kettle, teapot, Nespresso, Tassimo, and Spécial T, hand blender, small vegetable robot)
Two independent lounges (with sofa bed, TV, WIFI, board games / Books / garden games)
2 shower rooms (Italian) and 2 toilets
Laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron, etc ,,,
3 rooms :
* The "duck blue" bedroom with large double bed (160x190cm) It has its own direct access to one of the terraces,
* The "kiwi green" bedroom with two single beds (80x200) (not bunk)
* The "burgundy and ocher" bedroom with double bed (140x190)
All bedding is recent (box spring for double beds, mattress and over-mattress for your comfort, anti mites)
You have 2 terraces with pergolas (manual retractable roof)
South and West exposure: the latter is ideal for evening aperitifs
At your disposal: Barbecue, deckchairs ... Everything to have a good stay.
Flower garden, flat, closed and in the peace of a private dead end.
The old port and its small family beach less than 5 minutes away on foot, with access to the coastal path.

* "LE VIEUX PASSAGE" small restaurant-bar "in its own juice", very nice, run by Vinca and Jo: At reasonable prices! (taste others and a 5/10 min walk to Pont Lorois (bakery with pastries with butter, butcher / pork butcher for your grills + truck on Friday evening of "TY PRODUCER" + American coffee / snack, other crêperie with nice view under the bridge and the pub "CéTAcé" with small beach next to it, etc ...)
The large beaches of the largest dune site in Brittany within 10 minutes by car
Nautical activities: Diving School, paddle and canoe rentals at the port of Magouer, OCEAGYM or long coast or aqua-palm with Marc near the fish blockhouse or at Gavres + The Sailing school at ETEL, sea or sea fishing river...
Numerous summer festivities in the town itself: (summer party, fiddling party, old passing party, eucalyptus song party ,,,,) or nearby (Interceltic festival in LORIENT and many others in the RIA and its surroundings ...)
For gourmets, tasting of oysters or other shells of the Ria ,,, Fishing on foot (cockles and clams).

On se sent très vite comme à la maison dans ce beau gîte, très bien équipé. L’intérieur est chaleureux et décoré avec goût, l’extérieur est tout aussi charmant avec un jardin agréable et bien fleuri. Le gîte est situé dans une rue calme à cinq minutes à pied de la mer. Il y a de très belles balades à faire et des petits restos à découvrir. On vous recommande vivement ce gîte, le petit plus de bonnes gourmandises locales vous attendront à votre arrivée, propriétaires gentils et a l’écoute

Une propriété où on s'y sent bien ! Convivial, neuve, super bien placé (à côté de la mer), propre et avec un beau terrain ! N'oublions pas l'échange avec les propriétaires qui sont adorables et toujours prêt à rendre service, s'en parler du cadeau qu'ils nous ont fait à l'arrivée !
Bref, un vrai bonheur cette semaine passée à l'oppidum 😊
On espère bien pouvoir recommencer l'année prochaine 😊

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus ist perfket ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
