the location is very goog it is close to the capital and there are very nice beaches within minutes
I think the villa is more suitable fr a family with children. We were three adults, although one did not manage to come on time, but irrespective the villa is nice, spacious, clean with all the facuilities needed , in addition the hosts are truly exceellent , kind and very accommodating. There is good wifi available
We arrived very late as the flight was delayed, and we got lost. They stayed till we arrived and gave us the right instructions, and made sure we settled with complimentary drinks which was very kind

Very short walk to beautiful beach. Lovely, helpful hosts just next door. 3 bathrooms very useful with large family. Super terrace on hot days. Netflix was a bonus for the 10 year old 😁
Double bed really comfortable.
Booking.com said there was a sofa bed, but was only a sofa, so we managed, but one adult in a small single wasn't ideal 😉

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It has everything you could need, private parking, beach is within walking distance. The hosts are lovely and very welcoming. Would recommend 100%.

It is a very cute authentic house. The house was very clean and complete with everything you could need.
I think the mattresses were new and nice and thick.
You can walk straight to the beach in less then 5 minutes. Its a lovely beach. We did a lot of snorkelling and saw beautiful fish. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The city of cagliari and the airport are within easy reach.
Ornella and her husband were incredibly nice and welcoming. When we arrived there was a bottle of water in the fridge and there were lemons. There were also coffee cups. Ornelle brought a sun hat when she saw me sitting in the full sun and we were given an umbrella to take to the beach. We also received grapes from their garden and a warm goodbye with a souvenir when we left. My son said they are just like his grandparents. Too bad I barely speak the language, so we couldn't understand each other very well.
The contact with the landlord via bookings.com went very well and I always got a quick and friendly response.
