Lovely place, well maintained and equipped. Big garden, loads of space. Close to the sea and local amenities. Thank you Enrico for being our host we had lovely stay.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Florence. This apartment was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was clean and has every amenity necessary for a great stay, even a dishwasher. The linens are crisp and fresh with new down comforters, the shower was consistently hot (not always easy to find). The apartment is located in the heart of the old city within walking distance of all the major attractions. We typically cooked breakfast in the morning, spend the day touring then we would drop back by the apartment for some relaxation time before heading out to dinner. The apartment has great WiFi and TV with many, many channels. The convenient location and ease made the trip ideal. Alberto, was the perfect host. We inadvertently arrived in Florence a day earlier than we had reserved. We, of course, didn’t realize it until we were in Florence (and called Alberto). Alberto was awesome! He suggested we drop our luggage off at the apartment and go out for dinner. Within 2 hours Alberto had the apartment spectacularly cleaned and ready for our stay. He left giving us instructions to call him with any and all questions. I have rented many Home Away residents in the past, this one would be one of our favorites. Highly recommend it.
