About this villa rental
Spacious two-story villa in the Stella di Mare 1 area, completely renovated in 2022, located on the coast near Villasimius. Well-served by public transportation; just a short walk from a supermarket, a bar and tobacco shop, various amenities (tennis courts), and a marina (Porto Armando). Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beach, located just 100 meters from the property. The villa can accommodate two or three families, as it features two full bathrooms and four double or twin bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with convector heaters that provide cooling or heating depending on the season. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and large furnished loggias equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Lovely place, well maintained and equipped. Big garden, loads of space. Close to the sea and local amenities.

Villa was great- very spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Enrico is really good host and we cannot thank him enough. After arriving late in the evening he booked table for us in the local restaurant and few days later he arranged emergency dentist for my partner on the Easter
Sunday. He went out of his way to make our holiday amazing. I would recommend him 100%. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again in the future :)
