Very comfortable yet minor issues
Great location, nearby all highlights in the city. The flat is very comfortable and equipped with almost everything that one would need...
... but there are no bath/shower towels, only hand ones. Bring yours if you need it. Additionally, there is a construction site next to the building. Can be a bit noisy early in the morning. And keep in mind you need to pick up the keys somewhere else, 15 minutes away by foot.

Location was quiet and right next to the town center.
The host made me collect the keys from a safe box and i had to go out of my way to collect them. Normally the host would meet you at the property with the keys. I was only told about this later, had i have known earlier, i would not have booked. When i asked to cancel, i was told i would loose my money, therefore i had to stay.

Sehr gut für einen Kurzurlaub
Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit vielen Robben. Nur die Delfine auf den Fließen im Bad sind ein kleiner Stilbruch - Scherz 😉 Lasst euch nicht vom Gebäude abschrecken. In der Wohnung ist es sehr gemütlich. Bett und Schlafcouch waren sehr bequem. Kleine, aber feine Küche, Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und Tee/Kaffee zum aufgießen sowie Salz und Pfeffer. Weitere Gewürze sowie Öl und Essig sind NICHT in der Grundausstattung vorhanden. Vom Hauptbahnhof ist man zu Fuß in 30 Minuten (inkl. Umweg zum Schlüssel abholen) bei der Ferienwohnung. Fußläufig ist man in 15 Minuten bei Havenwelten (u.a. Klimahaus, Deutsches Auswandererhaus). Der Weg führt an der Fußgängerzone vorbei.
Der Balkon war wegen Bauarbeiten derzeit nicht zu benutzen. Der Nachbar von oben (?) hat in der Nacht (~2 Uhr) sehr laut Musik gehört. U.a. Santiano und Dschingis Khan😅Dafür kann die Vermieterin natürlich nichts und mit Ohropax kann man auch gut schlafen. Für das Wochenende war das für mich fein. Wenn ich eine Woche hier meinen Urlaub verbringen würde, fände ich das glaube ich, ziemlich blöd und nicht erholsam.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, in dem es alles gibt, was man benötigt. Gut eingerichtete Küchennische mit Kaffemaschine. .
Die Lage in einem Hochhaus (1.OG) und nächtliche Ruhestörung, für die natürlich der Vermieter nichts konnte, die in 2 Nächten bis in die frühen Morgenstunden dauerte.
