80 sqm apartment with 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen and large veranda overlooking the garden. The apartment is surrounded by a 1000 m² shared garden. The apartment is located 3.5 km from the sea of Versilia and Cinquale and from the house you can enjoy a splendid view of the Apuan Alps. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and pets are welcome. The house is equipped with LCD TV, garden tables for outdoor summer dinners.

We have passed wonderful and relaxing holidays in the House. Silvia is a very helpful and very gentile host who lives with her family on the ground. There is plenty of space in the garden. We have spent most of the time on the terrace. The kitchen is rather small if you come with more than three persons and it would need more equipment. Although there is a railway line nearby, it didn‘t bother is too much. It is a quiet neighbourhood. We can recommend the house very much.

Schöne große Wohnung, bequeme Betten, herrliche Veranda mit wunderbarem Gartenblick für Frühstück und Abendessen. Silvia war überaus freundlich. Man hört die Züge und den gelegentlichen Straßenverkehr, war für uns aber okay. Tipp: die Pizzeria l'Angela gleich um die Ecke ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir verbrachten 12 Nächte im Ferienhaus von Silvia und hatten dort eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist sauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar frühstücken und die Abende genießen. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region, wie z.B. Pisa, Lucca, Florenz oder La Spezia. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Direkt in Marina di Massa gibt es sowohl freie als auch bewirtschaftete Strandabschnitte. Das Meer erlebten wir abwechselnd mal ruhig und mal etwas aufgebracht mit super Wellen zum Wellenspringen. In den unmittelbar in der Umgebung liegenden Orten Montignoso, Massa, Marina di Massa oder Forte dei Marmi gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants zum Essen gehen. Auch zum abendlichen Bummeln laden die Orte ein. Gleich um's Eck ist ein Bäcker, bei dem man jeden Tag frisches Brot holen kann. Silvia ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder einmal. ///// Abbiamo trascorso 12 notti nella casa vacanze di Silvia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale ed è pulito, arredato con molto affetto e ben attrezzato. La terrazza è un posto meraviglioso per prendere la prima colazione e per godersi le serate. L'appartamento è anche un buon punto di partenza per escursioni nella regione, come per esempio Pisa, Lucca, Firenze o La Spezia. Il mare è a pochi minuti di macchina. A Marina di Massa ci sono sia tratti di spiaggia libera che bagni attrezzati. Abbiamo sperimentato il mare alternativamente calmo e a volte un po' mosso con grandi onde per saltare. Nei vicini paesi di e.g. Montignoso, Massa, Marina di Massa o Forte dei Marmi c'è una buona scelta di ristoranti per mangiare fuori. Questi luoghi invitano anche a passeggiare la sera. C'è una panetteria proprio dietro l'angolo dove si può ottenere pane fresco ogni mattina. Silvia è una padrona di casa molto gentile, disponibile e servizievole. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio e ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo.

Un’ottima soluzione vicino a Forte dei Marmi per rilassarsi, fare colazione in terrazza, yoga sul prato la mattina e poi un bel bagno al mare. Casa pulita, ottima dimensione, molto accogliente, ospite gentilissima e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente

We came the second time and it was great agian. Great landlords, great flat. Next door are a nice bakery and a great pizzeria with very friendly owners. It was great spending the vacation there again.

Very nice flat not far from the beach

The flat is very nice and tastfully decorated. The landlords are great and we had a great stay. It is close to the (free but superviced by lifeguards) beach and Pisa and Lucca are not far. Carrara and the marble tour is worth visiting as well as the Grotto of Corchia.

la casa è ampia e comoda per 5 persone con due camere da letto molto spaziose e una piacevole veranda dove pranzare. il giardino esterno è molto godibile. I proprietari sono molto gentili ed accoglienti. Auto direi indispensabile perché non proprio comodo a negozi, centro e mare.

Ottimo appartamento, realmente come si vede dalle foto, pulito e fornito di tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno. I proprietari, Daniele e Silvia gentili e riservati, ti fanno sentire libero di goderti la struttura senza impedimenti. Bellissimo giardino fornito di giochi per bambini e di barbecue, parcheggio comodo all'interno della struttura. Situato in un punto tranquillo dove si puo' raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi destinazione. Che dire.....tutto perfetto

La Casa Vacanza di Montignoso è stata la giusta scelta nel cercare una sistemazione per un soggiorno per un periodo medio lungo coniugando la posizione strategica e la qualità prezzo. Cucina completa d'accessori, bagno con box doccia, soggiorno con TV, due camere da letto con entrambe letto matrimoniale ed un altro letto da una piazza e mezza, veranda, giardino con pratino all'inglese con posto auto, possibilità di utilizzo della lavatrice e tutta la struttura coperta da Wi-Fi. Eccellente la pulizia e la disponibilità dei proprietari che vivono al piano di sotto dell'appartamento villino, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza e consiglio. Ottima alternativa agli Hotel non solo per famiglie numerose con bambini, ma sicuramente il posto ideale, visti gli spazi e la tranquillità.

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine ottobre in questa bella casa vacanza e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L'appartamento è molto ampio e ristrutturato di recente, dotato dei comfort essenziali e con un ampio giardino su 4 lati. La famiglia dei proprietari abita nel seminterrato e da subito si è prodigata per rendere rilassante il nostro soggiorno fornendoci utili consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e altre preziose "dritte". Nonostante la stagione autunnale abbiamo potuto godere della bellezza delle spiagge che distano poco più di 5 minuti d'auto. Lo consigliamo a tutti! Marco, Arianna, Samuele e Melissa
