New apartment, located in a fantastic location. On one side is a few meters from the quiet beach of La Patacona, clear waters and golden sand, and on the other hand you can visit easily and conveniently in the city of Valencia.
The apartment of 62 m² consisting of living room, kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom. Account of all appliances to facilitate your stay: microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washer-dryer, iron, hair dryer, TV 40 ', DVD, MP3, ... and the necessary utensils for 4 people. There is also a sofa bed.
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a modern building with concierge, and has a private common area where you can enjoy the sun safely, or enjoy unforgettable moments in the light of the moon, with the sea as background.
Forget about taking the car, as this building is in a very well connected with bus 50 meters, which may leave you in the center of Valencia. It also has a myriad of services within 200 meters of restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, bakery, gym, gardens, .....
If you want you can rent bikes to get around, at an unbeatable price, and that will be delivered along with the keys.

Magnifique semaine dans ce bel appartement très propre et confortable. Pleins de resto à très courte distance, la plage juste en face, transports en commun tout près . Bel ambiance le soir sur le boardwalk lors de nos longues marches. WOnderful week in this very nice and clean appartment just in front of the beach. Autobus stop and tram short distance. All the commodities near by. No car needed. A great city to use bikes without risks. Nice walk along the beach with music and dancing in evening. Calm and peaceful. We Will be back for sure !! Toni the host was great and really helpful all the time. He ensured we had lots of information and recommendations for trips and restaurants. The apartment was lovely and clean with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location as excellent being only 30 metres from the beach at Alboraya. We could travel by bus or taxi into. Valencia Old Town which is magnificent. Our holiday was a week and we packed in lots of sightseeing as well as a couple of days in the beach - we would love to return again soon.

This beach apartment exceeded our expectations! We spent four weeks here, alternating between beach days and city days. It was a great place to come home to after the hustle and bustle of the city. The beautiful beach is well maintained and there is an abundance of restaurants immediately next to the condo building. The large shared terrace was a huge bonus to enjoying the promenade and the beach scene. We did not need a car as the bus was very convenient to all parts of the city. The grocery store is less than a five minute walk. And the cafe-bakery across the street is very good as well. Toni is an excellent host, who is eager to share information about the neighborhoods, restaurants, and markets. The apartment is well appointed with good quality kitchen ware, bedding, and towels. It was a dream vacation for us, and I hope to return someday!

We had rent this apartment for twelve days this summer. It is well located in the north of Valencia only a few meters to the beach. The contact to the owner Toni was always very nice. For example he gave us good information about Valencía (e.g. bars, supermarkets, restaurants for good paella, public transport).
The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. We had a great time at Valencia and Costa Blanca and we can really recommend this apartment.
