Located on Patacona beach, just a few metres from it. It is perfect for families looking to spend a wonderful rest in Valencia. 15 minutes from the city centre and the City of Arts and Sciences and just 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has a swimming pool, children's playground, 2 paddle courts, social club, Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning and heating.

Cosy apartment with views of La Patacona beach for up to 4 people, it is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access to public transport. Its functional design, as well as the magnificent views from the terrace will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.
The 73 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Cozy living room with sofa bed, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace with views of the Pool and Patacona Beach.
- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, views of the Alboraya orchard.
- First-line terrace where you can enjoy a sitting area with table and 4 chairs.
- Open-plan kitchen with very functional gallery, fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle...)
The apartment is delivered with bed linen, clean towels, and welcome amenities.

Great location next to the beach. Most restaurants weren’t open given time of year. Host Antonio was great and they were able hold our bags for early checkin and late departure.
