72m2 apartment for 4 people with views of the northern orchard of Valencia, it is located on Playa de la Patacona, a residential seaside neighborhood with everything you need. 15 minutes from the Historic Center of the city and the City of Arts and Sciences and only 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has a swimming pool, gym, playground, paddle tennis, basketball and soccer courts, mini-golf, social club, restaurant, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

Cozy apartment ideal for families, it is located on the seafront with beautiful views of the orchard of Valencia. You will enjoy pleasant walks along its great promenade, beach bars, restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets... You will combine city and beach perfectly!.

- Main bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed and access to the terrace.
- Second bedroom with 2 single use beds of 90x190 cm.
- Terrace where you can enjoy a seating area with a table and four chairs.
- Independent kitchen with gallery, very functional and fully equipped.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).
