It has Swimming Pool, Gym, Children's Playground, Paddle, Basketball and Football Courts, Mini-golf, Social Club, Restaurant, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning.

Cosy apartment ideal for families, located on the first line of the sea with beautiful views of Valencia's orchard. You will enjoy pleasant walks along its great seafront, beach bars, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets... You will perfectly combine city and beach!
The 72 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
-Pleasant living room with chaise lounge sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace with views of the Valencia orchard.
-Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, TV and access to terrace.
-Second bedroom with 2 individual beds of 90x190 cm.
-Terrace where you can enjoy a seating area with table and four chairs.
-Independent kitchen with very functional gallery and fully equipped.
It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).
