About this apartment rental
Modern and cosy apartment with side views of Patacona Beach, with capacity for up to 4 people, offering the perfect combination of beach and urban relaxation. It has easy access to public transport. Its functional design, along with accessibility to facilities for children, will make your stay relaxing and pleasant.
The apartment, 68 m², has the following spaces:
- Comfortable living room with an open kitchen, equipped with sofa, HD TV and direct access to the terrace with side views of the beach.
- Terrace equipped with glass curtain enclosure with beach views, with table and 4 chairs. Perfect for enjoying both in summer and winter.
- Main bedroom with double bed of 150 x 190 cm.
- Second bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 190 cm. En-suite bathroom with washbasin, mirror, toilet and shower.
- Main bathroom equipped with washbasin and practical shower.
- Functional kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.).
It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

- Central air conditioning cold/heat.
- Underground parking available in the same building. (Upon request).
- Communal indoor swimming pool. (Open all year round. Not heated).

This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in winter. 100 metres from the apartment, there are all types of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...
You will enjoy the proximity of Valencia's orchard, which dates back to the Andalusian era. To the classic crops already cultivated in Roman times, such as cereals, vine, olives, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, along with vegetables like aubergine and artichoke.
How to move around:
Just a few metres away from the apartment, there is a bus stop available (lines 19 - 31), taxi and cycle lane.

Good apartment complex that has all standard essentials for a good vacation. The location is great, as you are literally on the beach. Easy check in, but you have to plan in advance and get all information and check-in time. Also, we liked the swimming pool, gym and parking options.
The apartment is close to multiple restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.
The place doesn't have beach towels, umbrellas or toys. The good thing there are beach essentials stores near by.

The property was lovely, the communication was great, and the location is perfect. You can sort of view the sea from the patio, but more importantly, you can walk to and from the beach through the pool area so you can clean up before heading inside. The condo was very clean and well kept.
There are two things that are helpful to know before you go. One, you have to schedule check in with a person. I was travelling from the United States so my access to the phone and email was a little limited at times, and I misunderstood what I needed to do. The person who checked us in was lovely, but we were exhausted, and all I wanted to do was get inside and take a shower so it was a little frustrating to wait. The other problem for us was there are no beach towels, umbrellas or chairs for the beach. If you are driving to the condo that is no problem because you can just include those things in packing, but we were not travelling around Spain with beach towels and umbrellas. We bought some towels and an umbrella from the market, but of course, we could not bring it home with us. This is not a deal breaker, but it is good to know ahead of time.
Overall, this place is absolutely wonderful. There are all these great food and drink stands right outside on the beach. I would recommend this place. Just be prepared to find/bring some extras to make hanging out in the Sea more fun.
