72m2 apartment for 4 people with views of the northern orchard of Valencia, located in Playa de la Patacona, a residential fishing neighbourhood with everything necessary. 15 minutes from the Historic City Centre and the City of Arts and Sciences and just 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has Swimming Pool, Gym, Children's Playground, Paddle, Basketball and Football Courts, Mini-golf, Social Club, Restaurant, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning and Heating.
The accommodation:
Cosy apartment ideal for families, located on the first line of the sea with beautiful views of Valencia's orchard. You will enjoy pleasant walks along its great seafront, beach bars, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets... You will perfectly combine city and beach!
The 72 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Pleasant living room with sofa bed, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace with views of the Valencia orchard.
- Main bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm and access to terrace.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 cm.
- Terrace where you can enjoy a seating area with table and four chairs.
- Independent kitchen with very functional gallery and fully equipped.
It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water.

You will enjoy the proximity of the Valencia orchard, which is from the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vine, olives, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, as well as vegetables such as aubergine and artichoke.
How to move around:
Just a few metres away from the apartment, there is a bus stop available (lines 19 - 31), taxi and cycle lane.
