Spending two days in a repurposed rustic train carriage is a fantastic experience.
Waking up to see the rustic ceiling and cabin space is very refreshing.
Great views of the sunrise and sunset.
Also if you feed the chickens they will keep you company all day with two of them becoming our best friends :)
Overall a great place for a short break and great value for money.
Coming from a quiet village I was aware of the occasional B road noise but this is subjective of what you are used too.

Whole experience, Picked location to chill. Lovely village, pub and a shop. Owners super friendly. Bed super comfy and large.
Quirky bathroom added to experience.
Not a gripe as such but bed was so big its a bit of a struggle to get out of.

We loved the unique character of the train carriage with a large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and lovely log burner. The hosts Adele and Ian were lovely and very welcoming the homemade Victoria Sponge was excellent.
The lighting could be improved there was one mains light and the rest were solar powered and were a bit dim. There could’ve been more lights that worked outside to help get to the bathroom in the dark. The fridge is on its last legs and could do with being replaced as the seal was not working and leaked water.
