About this house rental
The 304 Webster Ave house is a two family house that has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, and is in walking distance to both the beach and bay.
This rental is for the 2nd floor apartment only. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, and one tile bath with tub/shower. Additionally, this apartment has 2 pullout couches and a futon. All conveniences including, central air conditioning, flat screen TVs, WIFI, laundry room on property with several washers/dryers, natural gas grill so never have to worry about propane tanks running out, deck and paver patio, and off-street parking. We also provide Seasonal Beach badges with all our properties (5 badges ) for your use. A $65/day value. Close to Boardwalk and Amusements, Island Beach State Park, and one hour from Atlantic City. Great family place.
This apartment also has an elevated deck in the back of the house off the kitchen, and an eat in kitchen which was just redone in the spring of 2025. Additionally, it has a large living room that has two queen sized pull out couches ( one on each end of the living room that open up towards each other with plenty of room between them).
Across the front of the house is an enclosed sun porch room. This sun porch has windows on three sides, ceramic tile floor, and on the far end of the room has a futon pullout sofa bed. The apartment has central AC, Flat screen TV, Wifi, ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and in each bedroom, off street parking, paver patio with table and chairs, gas grill, access to washer/dryer facilities on the property, and outside sand shower.

Joe is amazing, he is so kind and helpful very laid back helped us with everything we needed. Let us know about things on the board walk. The walk was a little much but it was very enjoyable. We defiently will come back again. All the neighbors that rented around us were so kind all the kids got together and were playing in the back area together. Also the outside shower was very helpful when you have sand everywhete. Thank you joe for having us and being so understanding. Amazing man will rent from him again. Thank you

For the second year in a row we've booked Joe's place for a family gathering at the shore. It is so close to the beach and boardwalk, and also so close to the bay for fishing and kayaking. We really appreciate having all the kitchen supplies for cooking in the house, having a dishwasher, and the new really comfortable couches in the living room. The surrounding families who rent are so friendly as well.
