Todd was straightforward and no-nonsense. The place had everything needed and more. The kind and friendly neighbors were welcoming, and it was literally just two blocks from the beach.

This was a great location for us and the rooms and living spaces were comfortable, with just the right amount of space for me, my wife, and our daughter.

Perfect for a couple of days getaway. Close to boardwalk, rides, Waterpark etc.

The location is great -- just a few blocks from the Boardwalk. The one shortcoming is in seating for dining. The table is a high island with an overhang, but there is only one chair to use at the island/table. One of the upholstered chairs is damaged and unsteady, so sitting there is risky; getting up from it is challenging. The only other seating is a small couch.
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils.
The apartment is compact, but workable for a few people.
All in all it is a reasonable value, especially if you are planning to eat all meals on the Boardwalk.
