Dupont Beach House C

The location was excellent. The facility is clearly freshly renovated, very nice inside and was very clean.

The unit was not advertised as being second story which usually wouldn’t be a big deal however, when traveling with small children and lugging in luggage and coolers of food, nineteen very steep, skinny steps were not ideal. The unit was very nice but even the usual air bnb basics were rather slim; i.e.: we had to bring our own linens, towels and were limited to dish service for four when it is advertised as accommodating seven. There were only four kitchen chairs so some had to use an extra cooler as a makeshift seat. They weren’t make or break complaints for us but might be for someone else.
