The 308 Webster is a 2 family house has 6 bedrooms and 2 baths across the entire house. The first floor apartment , which was totally redone in 2022, has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen sized bed, one with a full sized bed, and 1 with a pair of twin beds. This apartment also has a tile bath with tub and shower. Kitchen has granite countertops as well as breakfast bar area. Living room also has 2 queen sized pullout leather couches giving you total sleeping for up to 10 people. This apartment has AC, cable, WIFI, off street parking, concrete patio with table and chairs, enclosed outside sand shower, natural gas grill, and access to laundry facilities. 5 Seasonal Beach badges are also provided for your use with this apartment which will save you up to $50/day in beach access fees.

As the title suggests, the experience was as good as it gets. Had no issues with the property and it had everything you could think of for a beach house (and more, especially with the hot water always being available in the showers). Great spot that's not far from the beach at all.

Joe is a great . He was very quick to respond to any needs. He was very understanding and apologetic about some of our cleaning concerns and lack of a few basics. He is making changes. He is also very understanding of my misread of the lease re: security deposit and time out. He generously mailed us something that I left at the property. Location was great 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk.
We were 6, 4 adults and 2 children, and space was tight especially with one bathroom.,; but it was as described. Overall this is a good basic unit in a great location with a few things a work in progress
