location and luxury! the balconies were amazing and the elevator so impressive. we enjoyed the main living area with the open space and high end amenities. right by the beach and felt very safe.
the beds had stains , the shower and mats had sand everywhere, there wasn’t enough hand soap or toilet paper, kitchen had ants and the washing machine didn’t work and took sopping wet laundry home to rewash but the pros definitely outweighed the cons! otherwise amazing house

Location was perfect for our vacation stay. It was close to the Boardwalk to play games, the beaches and everything else in between.
Wish we could have stayed longer but it wasn't possible. We also couldn't access Ortley Beach as they were replenishing the sand. But we were able to get on the beach at Seaside Heights area.

Lou was exceptionally accommodating! The house was beautiful and so very convenient to restaurants and the beautiful beach without being too close to Seaside. Comfortable beds, patios - everything. The showers were great. Loved it!
Everything was amazing except I wish towels were provided.
