Could not have asked for more the grounds, the house, the hostess, the surroundings . . . All just beautiful and wonderful. Felt like I could have spent a month there. The hostess was so nice and so helpful. On the last night we had the chef and owner from a local restaurant, Mimo come and cook for us. It was like a movie. He was such a good cook, so nice. Sat down and talked to us and had a glass of wine . . . It was wonderful, felt like we had a much better understanding of Italy.

We could not have had a better stay here! The home itself was unbelievably beautiful and comfortable and luxurious all at the same time! We came from a week of hiking in the Dolomites and were so happy to have a washing machine and a big comfortable bed! The kitchen was amazing to cook in, the outdoor spaces were endlessly lovely for any kind of weather or activity. The indoor space was also so amazing on the one afternoon we had thunderstorms! Lucrezia was an incredible host that helped us with everything we could possibly have needed or wanted but also gave us the privacy we loved so much. Whenever we go back to Tuscany, we will absolutely be staying here - it does NOT get better than this!!

For our 20th anniversary since getting together, my husband and I decided to splash out on a holiday with our two daughters. The cottage was ideally located close to Panzano, where it was easy to park to go shopping at the market on Sunday and to eat out in the evening. The beds were comfortable, excellent showers, esp. the one by the downstairs bedroom. Well-stocked kitchen with a good range of cutlery and various items from olive oil to washing up liquid. The living room was a lovely place to relax in the evening, drink wine and watch the twinkling lights of Tuscany as our girls slept. The pool was clean and wide, and was cleaned during our week’s stay. The only negative is that the stone is a bit rough underfoot and alongside so you may wish to wear swimming shoes. The views from the cottage and the pool are breathtaking, overlooking the estate where the 1993 film Much Ado About Nothing was made. Lucrezia was an excellent host. Our eldest has autism and she was very kind and quick with small requests or questions about where to eat and visit. I am frankly at a loss to explain the previous review which did concern me before our stay. There was no dog, but a cat and some kittens and Lucrezia never disturbed us. There is a farm dog that tends the local goats but he never disturbed us and everything is well gated off. Advise using Google Maps using the last street Lucrezia mentions in her directions, not the Vrbo address. We will be back one day!

Home was absolutely beautiful though it’s more of a guest cottage to a main house directly next door so it’s not as private as the listing made it seem. The pool was also unusable due to a cleanliness issue (murky and green) which was a huge selling point for us to book this property. Host entered our unit without knocking or announcing- granted she was bringing something in from the rain for us, but regardless she shouldn’t have just let herself in. It made us very uncomfortable. She also made several passive aggressive comments about us using the AC, as was monitoring our usage daily. We also asked for more toilet paper as the grocery store was closed so we were unable to purchase more & were told no. We also had an incident with an aggressive farm dog who lives next door to the property- it chased on of us down the street resulting in a bad fall. It was inches from attacking us. The surround is gorgeous, but overall stay was subpar.
