The rooms were super clean and spacious, the breakfast and free coffee was great and the location was super convenient
The staff was efficient. Not especially friendly probably because of the language skills, but very efficient.

Location!! So close to train/bus station and walking distance to many restaurants etc. drink tokens for non cleaning days are a good incentive.
Absence of a drop off/pick up location in winter…. Elevators can be slow and busy at times

Onsen had a nice view over the train station
Room was modern and warm when temperature outside was minus 20
Convenient for the Aeon Mall opposite

Breakfast had a limited selection and was poor quality ingredients
Parking is an additional cost but was quite close to the hotel

- Room was comfortable, the facility is new.
- Location is great, just within 2mins from Asahikawa station and no need to have umbrella from the station. Traveller information centre at the station bldg is on the way.
- Price - it was cost-effective.
- Breakfast was good, the variety of choice was not that much, but it offers the local tastes of Hokkaido. COVID prevention measure was also taken well.
- Security is kept high, you need to scan your card key to let the elevator stop at the floor of your room.
- Simple check-out at the elevator was convenient, no need to drop by to the front (3rd floor) if you do not have time.
- In the room table was small and I cannot avoid my luggage to occupy half of it. Also the room does not offer enough space or lack to open the luggage so be aware if you travel with suitcase.
- The shared bath-room was so so.
-- Why tooth brush is placed here despite the current situation against COVID? It was very, very, very annoying and astonishing that the elder guy start brushing the teeth at close to me in the bath tab! Hey, not at the shower deck.
-- Sauna is small and just 2 people can use at the same time, and why it is not available in the morning time?
-- Hotel says that the guest with tatoos are not allowed to enter, but I saw several guys putting it.
- About the rice offered at the breakfast, it should be cooked with less water.
