    Hotel with very nice onsen facilities (indoor & outdoor), provides sake & soup & fruit juices every evening, amenities provided, extra free coins from drink machine if dont need room cleaning. Near Asahikawa Station, 5-6mins walk, have to cross the road and disadvantage if rain.

    I had booked a bigger room and paid for it for a 3 nights stay at the hotel. However when I arrived, I was allocated a smaller cheaper room. This is not right as I had paid more for a bigger room. It seemed there was a miscommunication between the agency and the hotel. The staff was very helpful to assist in resolving this issue and the manager honoured the booking by moving me to the right room size that I had already paid for, while the issue is being sorted out. I’m not sure which party made the error but I appreciate the support and assistance from the staff of the hotel in this highly frustrating and stressful experience. Thank you.
