About this apartment rental
Apartment downstairs, with independent entrance.plus at least (200m2). Very spacious perfect for more than one family. Terrace with view to the garden and the sea where you can have your meals or just relax. Very good location just 150m from the beach and 100m from the communal pool with ocean view. The centre of Lagos and just a 10 minute walk away so you can leave your car alone during the holidays.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included in the price (change of linen at the end of every seven nights, and cleaning of the apartment)).
Apartment equipped with fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors.

Fantastic family property with all high quality facilities available. We were four male golfers who can accept most standards thrown at us, from all parts of the world, but without exception this is the best value for money you could possibly ask for.Five star attention from the agents. Five star attention from the owners on site. Five star apartment building and finally all equipment within the apartment is second to none. Not a bad choice from four male golfers with high standards.

The place is spacious, on the ground floor with a bit of an ocean view and a huge patio with a hammock. Very clean, great A/C, big kitchen, we all had a great time

Property was as described. Beautiful porch we ate breakfast on each morning looking at the ocean. Rooms were good size and bathrooms were good. One bathroom is outside the condo. Pool was great too.
