Great location, right next to old town and many beautiful beaches. Bus stop a 15 minute walk. The neighbourhood was very lively with lots of great restaurants to choose from. The rooms were clean, we were given 2 towels each. The room had its own balcony as well. The kitchen was on a different floor but we had a fridge available right beside our room.

The accommodations are great, and everything is very clean. Perfect location, 5 minute walk from beach.
Shared bathroom but we paid lower price for this.

Simple, functional, good kitchen/washing facilites, no frills. Good for a couple of nights traveling stopover. Also popular with long term guests. Olinda keeps it tidy and is always on hand.
Out of date decor and furniture, needs re-painting, somewhat institutional vibe here and there. Low key locals bar opposite at the front can have shouty, half-cut persons hanging around in the street after closing time. Bring earplugs.
