The location of the property is ideal: 5min away from centre of Lagos, yet in a calm neighbourhood. The airconditioning was appreciated. There is a gym in the building, which is nice when you want to work out.

The floor was not clean when we arrived. We found many dishes and even glasses in the cupboards with food rests in it which is quite disgusting. It’s an apartment for 6, however: for the price you pay, you only get 3 little spoons, one broken cooking pot, a broken bin and highly uncomfortable beds. Pillows have served their time as well. There were no clothespin to hang the clothes. We had to buy them. There is a humidity problem in the main bedroom due to ventilation problems of the bathroom (no window). There was no remote control available to park a car in the building. This apartment needs some TLC from its owner and management company but they don’t really bother. However: the real scam of this apartment is mainly the management company “Algarve Boutique”. Whatever question we had, they almost always ghosted us. Don’t expect any support from them. They are just there to take the money. They won’t welcome you.
