Charming apartment in the historic centre of Palma
Accommodation classified as Interior Tourism, located in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca.
The apartment has capacity for 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old). It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan area. Also bear in mind that it is a fourth-floor apartment with no lift ;)
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. Due to the characteristics of the building and the narrow nature of the staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties, nor for families with prams. However, if you decide to book despite this, we can install a cot and high chair upon request at an additional cost of €10/day. If you need this, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
It is an elegant, quiet and fully equipped home. From the apartment you have views of a small quiet street in the old town.
Its location is ideal for discovering Palma on foot. There is no need to have private transport, as it is only 5–10 minutes' walk from some of the city's main points of interest, such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig des Born.
The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of Palma's most characterful neighbourhoods, highly appreciated for both its location and authentic atmosphere. In the area you will find numerous restaurants, bars and cafés frequented mainly by residents, as well as an interesting presence of street art that gives the neighbourhood a special character.

We ask that you maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.
Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly.
Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
Should the owner receive complaints from neighbours regarding noise or inappropriate behaviour from any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to evict guests from the accommodation at any time, without refund of the booking amount.
Booking conditions
A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay, which will be returned after checkout once the apartment has been inspected. In case of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
Check-in time: from 14:00 h.
Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Requests for early check-in or late checkout are subject to availability.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking.
Additional information
The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation authorisation with the Town Hall. You only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.
Parking: Parking is available upon request and with an additional cost of €20/day, subject to availability.

the appartment is charmant and comfortable. We enjoyed the terracy. Nice to find there coffee , tee, sugar and the ingredients to make salad. The location is perfect, near to the sea and around nice ancient wonderful buildings. we enjoyed our stay there.
clean the floor of the terracy and wash the floor of the appartment because of dust. Change the sofa and add espresso cups, (to drink delicious espresso in a mug is terrible!). Light to read on the sofa would be perfect.

Great location, easy access to everything, beach, shopping and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was clean and tidy and fine for our stay.
Bedding supplied was for 3 guests not 4 so the first night we had no bedding and towels for one of us! not ideal. No provisions at all - no tea/coffee/milk/sugarcleaning products like wash up liquidcloths. Some basics would be nice to have especially when you arrive late at night and no shops open nearby. Otherwise apartment was good.

Apartment is ideal for a couple, as long as they are fit for the steep, narrow stairs. Rooftop terrace is great for eating breakfast. However there is some wear and tear (eg shower screen and tray are in need of replacement) so not perfect.

Situated in a nice nighbourhood, walking distance to all major sight seeings in Palma.
The appartment was a little worn out, i.e cupboard door hang loose. Extra towels would have been nice. Had to ask for our third visitors bed linen, but the feed back was quick😀 Would appriciate that steps are also clearly mentioned as the stairs are extremely step, narrow and high very scary with a big suitcase.
