About this apartment rental
MARsuites 2 is located on the second floor of the MARsuites building. The elevator takes you directly there, though there are also stairs you can use to access it. The MARsuites 2 unit features a stylish entryway that leads to the open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker...) and opens onto the living room. It also features a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a small balcony and a window from which to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian-designed sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm)—available only for children under 15—and a dining area. The TV is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The master bedroom has one large window and one standard window. The bed is a double (180 cm x 200 cm), and there is a dresser and a clothes rack. The windows are double-glazed.

The apartment for us was a perfect location. It was furnished to an exceptional high standard, and very clean. Sandra was perfect in quick communication and very informative about places to visit. Quick to reply too. A great place to stay, one of our favourites and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends.

Our host, Sandra, was wonderful. She helped us get situated and gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and site seeing. We spent 7 nights and drove around the entire island. The apartment is a large, nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, super clean and in the best section of the city. Great restaurants and shopping are right outside the main entrance. Convenient underground parking is across the street, and you have a view of the cathedral

The apartment was fantastic, it gave us exactly what we needed as a base to explore Palma and Majorca. The location in the old town, near the cathedral was perfect.
Alejandra was a perfect host, provided us with lots of helpful information and was always quick to respond to any questions we had.
We would highly recommend!
