About this apartment rental
MARsuites 3 is located on the third floor of the MARsuites building. The elevator takes you directly there, though there are also stairs for access. The MARsuites 3 unit features a stylish entryway that leads to the open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker...) and opens onto the living room. It also features a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious, with high ceilings and wooden beams. It features a small balcony and a window from which to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian-designed sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm)—available only for children under 15—and a dining area. The TV is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The master bedroom has a large window and a standard window. The bed is a double (180 cm x 200 cm). The windows are well insulated. All windows have Majorcan shutters to block out light.

It’s hard to imagine a nicer apartment, centrally located in stunning Palma. Size, decor, supplies, and communication all exceptional. Convenient elevator access directly into apartment. Sandra could not be more welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean and well equipped appartment centrally located in old town of Palma. Restaurants, shopping close by and the local beach within walking distance.

The property is fine and manager Sandra the best we have ever had in over a decade coming to Mallorca. There was a hiccup with one aspect and Sandra quickly remedied it. Without Sandra's at-hand, on-the-job 24/7 approach to the property and its management we do not think the month-long visit would have been the same. We are demanding journalists and we needed all the details to be right. Thanks to Sandra they were. THANKS SANDRA
