About this apartment rental
Interior Tourism Accommodation with IT / 181 license located on the third floor of a building of the early nineteenth century. The apartment and the building are completely renovated (facilities, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, doors, furniture ...) with an end date of reform June 19, 2018. It is decorated, equipped and furnished with special care and using top quality materials.
It has capacity for four people, two double rooms, 2 bathrooms en suite and living room with kitchen and balcony.
Air conditioning (with heat pump) integrated with independent controls in each room.
WI FI wireless fiber 100 MB.
In double bed rooms (180 x 200) or two single beds (90 x 200), to choose.

On the ground floor of the building is available a space to do the laundry (with washing machine and dryer), luggage storage, bicycle parking and baby carts.
We offer included in the price 1 mid-week maintenance cleaning for stays of one week, for stays of more than a week they will have in addition to the maintenance cleaning a cleaning with change of linen at the end of the week.

I have just got back from staying in this wonderful apartment. Amazing location for all the sites and restaurants in Palma. Check-in communication was great, easy to find lock boxes etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and fresh. We had it set up so each room had single beds as we are 4 friends and it could equally work as a set up for couples. Roomy and spacious for 4 people. Great secure storage to leave you luggage on check out if you have time before your flight. We needed to ask a question during our stay and got an immediate response, they checked in on us, made sure everything was okay - really professional communication. Highly recommend this property, we will be booking again.

Sadly we weren't able to make our stay at the apartment (so my ratings of cleanliness etc are not verified) however the communication with the owner was excellent.
