Marsuites 4 - Penthouse with a view of the palace and cathedral (fourth floor)

MARsuites 4 is located on the fourth floor of the MARsuites building. The elevator takes you directly to the apartment, though there are also stairs you can use to access it. The entrance leads to the fully equipped open-concept kitchen. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a small balcony and a window from which to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair and a comfortable Italian-designed sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm), intended only for children under 15. The TV is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The master bedroom overlooks the back street. It has one large window and one standard-sized window. The bed is a double (180 cm x 200 cm), and there is a dresser and a clothes rack. The windows are well insulated to block out any street noise. There is an amazing rooftop terrace. It measures 30 m² and is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe, enjoy dinner, or read a book. There are two hammocks, a table with chairs, a sink, and a shower to freshen up.
