Holiday Palma Apartment 2 – Bright apartment in the historic centre

Cosy two-bedroom apartment, simple but with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. It is located in a building situated in the historic quarter, in a lively area but on a street with very little traffic, which allows you to enjoy tranquillity without giving up city life.

The apartment is very bright, thanks to its three large windows, and also has a balcony with views of the street.



Apartment layout



The accommodation includes:

Kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Bathroom with shower, recently renovated.

Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds.

Living dining room with several sofas and armchairs, dining table, television and free Wi-Fi access.



Important: The apartment is located on a second floor without a lift, so it is necessary to climb stairs to access the property. We do not recommend it for people with mobility problems or families with prams.



Location – Sa Gerreria Neighbourhood



The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of the neighbourhoods with the most character in Palma, known for its authentic atmosphere, its bars, restaurants, shops and street art.



The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot:

250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major.

800 m from Plaça d'Espanya, the main public transport connection point, including the Sóller Train and airport buses.

Despite being in a lively area, the street is quiet, allowing you to rest comfortably whilst enjoying Palma's urban life.



House rules



Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (you may smoke on the balcony, being careful with cigarette butts).

Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.

Respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving about quietly.

Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.

In the event of complaints from neighbours regarding noise or inappropriate behaviour, the owner reserves the right to evict guests from the apartment without refunding the booking amount, and may also retain the deposit.



Booking conditions



During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be retained, which may be applied in case of damage to the property, loss of keys or excessive dirt.

Check-in time: from 15:00 onwards, although we are flexible if availability permits.

Check-out time: until 11:00. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the booking.



Parking and access



The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents (ACIRE). If you are planning to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation authorisation with the Town Hall. You will only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.

There is the possibility of nearby parking upon request and with an additional cost of €20/day, subject to availability. There are also nearby public car parks.

The apartment had a terrible moldy odor in the kitchen from a closet with cleaning supplies and a mop. there was automatic deodorizer that made the smell even worse. The management company sent someone over two days later and the smell was still there. We did not use the kitchen due to the smell. It made us all nauseous. The barroom had mold in several areas that could have been easily cleaned. The beds were comfortable.
