    The hotel is very convenient for those that plan to visit the nearby malls. No hassle. Just walk for a few meters from the hotel to the SM North Edsa overpass. However, for my work-related needs to Diliman, Quezon, the location is not Grab-ready. I was not picked up twice and it took more than 10mins in other bookings. My ride also had to go around Edsa for the U-turn slot towards Diliman. Overall, the location is convenient for some, having Jollibee and 711 around the corner are the plus for me,

    I had my kids with me ages 8, 11 and 16. It was ideal for families. Unit is quiet and spacious. Downside is that there is only one available socket in the room.

    Room is better than expected and it's just a walk away from SM North EDSA. Very accessible to everything. Breakfast was decent. Not the best but good enough. Would have loved to have an electric kettle in the room.

    This was my 2nd time booking in this hotel and sadly, it was not a pleasant one. To think that it was just last week that I stayed in this hotel and thought it was a good one. One of our observations was, some staff members might need to be more hospitable or needs more training (if they're new). They need to remember that they work as a team, if 1 has a bad image to their guests, the others that are giving their best will go down with them. The room smelled horrible (way worse than the first room I stayed in before). The beds look and/or sounds like they'll fall apart everytime you lay down. Their ammenities are also quite lacking. My friend went to 7 Eleven just to ask for hot water since the hotel don't provide them at night time. Not sure why. The guard was even more attentive than the front desk receptionist. My friend also told me that he was even the one who gave her a plate when he saw her carrying something hot while carrying other things. I guess some staff choose which guests they want to assist willingly. 🤷‍♀️ Hope the hotel and the other staff members will improve in the future.
