    We managed our expectations because of the price we paid, but unfortunately the room we were initially assigned had a broken air conditioner and a faulty shower head. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They upgraded us to a Deluxe Room at no additional charge. At first, we thought everything would be fine because the upgraded room looked much nicer. However, we encountered the same issue with the air conditioner. It was running, but it never cooled the entire room. It felt like it was only blowing air, even after restarting it several times. Even the hotel lobby was warm. It was actually cooler outside than inside. We were extremely disappointed. We tried to make the stay work, but the room was simply too hot for us to sleep. At around 5:00 AM, we decided to book another hotel nearby because we couldn't rest comfortably. We didn't ask to switch rooms again since we had already been upgraded to a Deluxe Room and were still experiencing the same issue.
