    Raising up this concern to improve the hotel service. 1. The phone line is not working cant connect to front desk for clarifications/concern 2. Wifi is bad, most of the time there is no internet. 3. No toiletries, only tissue 4. only 1 keycard is provided, there should be at least 2 just incase I want to go down at 7eleven to buy something while charging my gadgets. Since I will need to bring the keycard all electrical equipment in the room are shut off. 5. No table in the room where I can dine. Only side tables with lampshades 6. No slipper There are positive also 1. Good lighting in room 2. Shower is working and blower is provided 3. good air conditioning 4. Breakfast served at room. Corned beef, tomato, and fried rice with coffee

    The price and location is quite good...although the bidet (cord is old style) in the bathroom is hard to manipulate...also toiletries (except for towels) are not provided....;.the room is big and air conditioning is okay...

    Lobby: It was okay. The furniture is beautiful; however, it lacks air conditioning. Or maybe it has air conditioning, but the temperature is not cold. Front Desk: The receptionists are very helpful and polite. Elevator: There are two elevators operating simultaneously. They are spacious enough to carry at least 10 people all at once, as claimed. However, in my experience, they can only accommodate 5 to 6 people, especially if you have baggage. Hallway: The hallway was okay. Not really great, but okay. The lobby is hot. When you go outside to the elevator, sweating is inevitable. Room: The room I booked is very spacious. I requested a double bed, but the room had two double beds. There are two chairs but no table, so I had to eat on the bed. Upon arriving, I broke one luggage rack. Upon inspection, it turned out the rack was already damaged, and only minor repairs had been done. When I placed my bag on it, it instantly broke, and one of the splinters scratched my toe. There is a window on one side of the room, but the only panel you can open is about 2x1 ft. of glass. First Aid Kit: There is a first aid kit at the front desk, but its contents are incomplete and messy. Restroom: The restroom is okay, but it needs more cleaning and scrubbing, especially the toilet. Summary: The hotel offers spacious rooms and a helpful, polite front desk staff, but falls short in several areas. The lobby and hallways suffer from poor air conditioning, making the environment uncomfortably hot. The elevators, while numerous, don't live up to their claimed capacity. A notable safety issue occurred when a pre-damaged luggage rack broke and caused a minor injury. Room amenities are lacking (no table, a nearly unopenable window), and both the first aid kit and restroom needed better upkeep and cleanliness. Positives: Spacious rooms, good front desk service, functional (if crowded) elevators Concerns: Poor temperature control throughout common areas, an actual safety incident (damaged fixture causing injury), and multiple maintenance/cleanliness issues (first aid kit, restroom, window)
