It's a big, spacious house with a nice garden to relax. Short drive to both Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay beaches and you can even walk to Shoal Bay beach (about 15 min walk).
The red couch in the living area needs to be replaced. It's a shame to have that old sofa there when the rest of the furniture in the house is quite nice overall.
There was no gas when we arrived, and it was challenging to understand why, as we don't have gas tanks in Canberra that need to be swapped. Imagine someone renting this house from overseas via Booking! I strongly recommend providing clearer instructions about the gas, even though it might sound trivial to you.

Nice big, clean house. Good-sized rooms and entertaining areas. Very short drive to Shoal Bay beach. Comfortable beds. Good size kitchen with everything needed.
Linen and bath towels provided. 3 toilets, 2 showers, 1 bath tub. Dishwashing and laundry detergeant provided. House had a baby high chair.
1. The entertaining area had a very old, saggy red couch that needs to be replaced.
2. The washing machine is not operating properly; it needs a service or replacement as it doesn't get enough water.

Perfect, spacious and modern. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Close to the Marina. Highly recommended for large family.
Outdated, worn down furniture like couch,single bed missing screw, same room side table with chips and broken pieces.
