Great location and good amount of bedrooms on each level, with the two kitchens.

We stayed during winter and only a light cover was provided for each beds, there was no doonas or quilts or extra blankets available, and it was cold throughout the night. We would have also loved a small BBQ on the balcony. A key box is more convenient than collecting the keys, and the pre admin of filling in all family members details seemed excessive (names, DOB, phone numbers, addresses etc)

The location was great, and the large windows brought in plenty of natural light and warmth from the sun. Having four bathrooms was a big help for our group of ten, and the key pickup and drop off process was very straightforward. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glass ware, which were all clean. Great having the dishwasher, an upstairs and downstairs kitchen!! The air conditioning worked well, especially at night when the extra warmth was needed. Some of the beds were low but were all comfortable to sleep in. We also appreciated the large table downstairs, which made it easy for all of us to sit and eat together.

Although I will be listing a few things we did not like or were unhappy about, I'd still recommend this house if these points are addressed. A few of the dining chairs were broken, and several upstairs had backs that tilted so far back they felt like recliners rather than upright chairs. The frying pans were quite worn and could use updating, and the metal coffee mugs became very hot to drink from, a few were also rusted. Each wardrobe would benefit from having a few hangers for jackets and clothing. The back double bedroom upstairs had no working ceiling light, and even the bedside lamp wasn’t functioning. We had to move a working lamp from the front upstairs bedroom to the back. Curtain chain in front upstairs bedroom was broken. The ceiling fan in the back downstairs bedroom did not work. The double bunk was very unstable, even for our child. The children did not feel safe sleeping on it, and we ended up placing the top mattress on the floor. Downstairs had a musty smell, likely from being closed up. Opening windows helped, but it may be worth considering plug‑in fragrance dispensers such as Febreze or Glade. The house has great potential fantastic location and a lovely coastal feel. Actually, not sure if the owner is aware of some of these issues, and hoping this feedback will get them to address some, if not all. If they are addressed, it truly could be a 10/10 stay. We hope this feedback is taken as constructive and helpful.

The upstairs was quite cold due to lack of blinds on some big windows. Downstairs lack of privacy due to blind missing. Bbq to small to accommodate 8 people

Liked the location . Had a baby with us so they had all of downstairs, so that was handy. Upstairs was a nightmare . 6 people one small lounge . Extremely uncomfortable Kitchen chairs and balcony chairs. They have to go! A/C not cooling in the kitchen, 2 toilet seats falling off, kitchen tap falling into sink. It was ok but wouldn’t rent again. Sorry. Tin cups for coffee and tea that burnt your hands . Very poor utilities. A manual for the washing machine/tumble dryer would have been useful. Liked the view off the verandah and beds were extremely comfortable 🥰
