Situated just a short walk from pristine beaches, this centrally located Shoal Bay gem places you close to everything you need.
The expansive driveway features a lockable front fence, electric gates, and ample space for boats.
For larger groups, consider also booking the 2-bedroom Shoaly House Cottage, which increases capacity from 11 to 16.

Shoaly House is located in the heart of Shoal bay, within only a short walk of several activities ensuring all in your accompanying party are catered for.
On those blistering summer days find bliss in a short walk to the beach where you'll find pristine sands and crystal-clear waters. Our top picks in the area include:
- Shoal Bay Beach (A peaceful spot for those with young Kids) (1KM)
- Box Beach (Perfect spot to catch some waves, Note: Unpatrolled) (1KM)
- Fingal Bay Beach (Lovely spot for a morning sunrise stroll) (1KM)
- Zenith Beach (2KM)
Exploring the local area can be best done by wandering the local trails and cruising the local waterways. Our favourite ways to do this include:
- Tomaree Coastal Walk (A beautiful summit with serene bay views, perfect for that sunrise/sunset pic!!!)
- Point Stephens Lighthouse and Fingal Spit Walk (Pure bliss at low tide)

A gorgoeus house for our getaway over the new year. Niall and Colleen certainly have created an oasis in shoal bay with every essential provided. House was clean checkin/out process was easy. Would definitely recommend Shoaly house.
